Veils and Cufflinks was born out of Studio1923, LLC’s vision for a more developed wedding brand. We have been producing award winning photographic art of the world’s most remarkable couples. Since 2005. Jerome and Jennifer Braga have captured over 700 weddings throughout New England and the US.

Who we are as a family
The warmer months of the year, you can find Jerome & Jennifer living and working the New England wedding scene; from their Connecticut home base. Wedding images from Jerome & Jennifer Braga have been published in Connecticut Bride Magazine, Brides, Southern Weddings, The Knot Magazine, The Knot.com, Grace Ormonde Wedding Style. On Television on the Today Show, NBC30, WTNH8, and published on over a dozen wedding blogs.
Jerome and Jennifer have received countless awards since they began their photographic journey.

The rest of the year, (winter), you can chase them around the country as they photograph, work, blog, and travel across the United States in their RV. We want to put something on the wall and will share our ideas tomorrow with you ( hopefully putting that debate to bed with your help.)

The Stain we chose was aged barrel (previous post) and topped it with a coat of satin poly. The total width is 40 inches, and depth is 14". Keeping it on the wall is a 36" french cleat, so it is entirely removable to access the fuse panel by lifting it up and off that wall. However, when in transit, the cleat locks it in place and keeps the narrow table from falling over.

Like we said in the last post, we REALLY wanted a place to put the ice maker and a solution for our daily use shoes. [Flipflops as much as possible 🙂 ] There is a basket for @chancesbigjourney 's toys as well as a couple of drawers for keys, sunglasses, etc.

This was the first project we did where we REALLY tried hard to let the girls work on it with their ideas and problem-solving challenges. (For better or worse) Honestly, it is tough for us to let go like that, and I think this piece becomes our "bridge" project that gets us over to the other side of letting them contribute and take pride in what they can do independently as well as creatively with our family space. We are planning a series of posts about their bunk room and the projects they worked hard to build for themselves. Coming soon.

As for this table, of course we talked them through difficult theory, but we wanted something that they could build, have ownership in, and be proud of. There are a couple of hidden features in the piece that they are exceptionally proud of and ultimately, we couldn't be more pleased with the whole space now.
